Play It Again Sports in Aurora appears to have a diverse range of opinions. The staff's helpfulness is acknowledged, but the store's overcrowded isles, shelves and staffs occasional lack of product knowledge are points to consider. Be mindful of your preferences when visiting the store.

I sold ski equipment in this location.The customer service is excellent. The employees are nice and friendly. I will back here again to sell kids' sports equipment, and purchase large size for them.

Erik is super knowledgeable and helped me tremendously finding the perfect skis. Manager moe is super chill and made checkout effortless. This is by far the best play it again sport location in terms of customer service as I have been to many.

Bought a skating helmet and the clip broke off. Took it to the store to actually get another one but the gentleman not only resized it he also fixed the clip. Great service.

I went in searching for a last minute purchase of girl skates for my daughter. We were created and assisted immediately. After finding the right pair they sharpened the skates quickly so I could get my daughter out to a birthday skate. Good skates for a small budget under $50.
